The Hastings federation
Filsham Valley, Hillcrest and The Grove schools in Hastings are currently working together with Ninestiles Plus, a school improvement company, to raise standards.
At the end of the three year contract with Ninestiles Plus in August 2011, there are plans to replace the three schools with two new Hastings academies.
These outline plans have been approved by the Minister of State for Schools.
